connection
we don't talk to audiences or users, we talk to people. being interested, not just interesting, is the starting point of everything we do.
made by people, for people.
for small and mid-sized companies and event organizers. from diagnosis to delivery, sized to your business.
services
for anyone planning an event or a client gathering, or who needs consistent content.
dóiner defines themes, topics and formats based on what your audience wants to hear, and takes care of who's on stage: research, invitations, negotiation and the speaker experience, from first contact to post-event.
you get: an editorial line or program schedule, speaker and guest curation, and follow-through on execution.
for anyone who wants clients, partners or ambassadors to stay close after the first purchase.
a community isn't a whatsapp group. it's a commitment. dóiner builds and looks after communities with a clear purpose, rituals, channels and content, so the relationship keeps going after the first contact.
you get: community design, an activation calendar, an ambassador program and engagement tracking.
for anyone who talks to a lot of people and needs every contact to count.
mapping who matters to your business (clients, partners, suppliers, press) and how to talk to each of them: tone, channel, frequency and the right moment.
you get: an audience map, communication flows (email, events, actions) and an engagement action plan.
for anyone who knows their communication needs work but isn't sure where to start.
an outside look at what exists today, clear priorities and support to make it happen, at your company's pace and size.
you get: a diagnosis, a prioritized plan and follow-up meetings.
the dóiner way
we don't talk to audiences or users, we talk to people. being interested, not just interesting, is the starting point of everything we do.
everything goes through a relevance filter. in a world where content is an open sea, a focused reading of the world makes all the difference.
exchanges with shared value — for the people building the project and for the audience at the end of it.
who it's for
dóiner is for brands that want to be remembered for experiences and for connecting with people. let's talk?

community and relationships
beyond content and event curation, a core part of dóiner's work is building and sustaining real communities — not just bringing people together, but making room for the relationship to continue.
that means engaging speakers year after year, investing in long-term relationships, structuring ambassador groups as mid- and long-term strategic partnerships, and organizing events designed end to end for specific communities — from concept to execution.
+900 speakers nat has built relationships with. it's not a mailing list: it's mutual exchange and listening — and many of these relationships turned into friendships.

nat deuner // founder
who's behind dóiner
a public relations professional by training, nat spent almost a decade listening closely to how brands, events and communities really communicate. from every event and every speaker, what stayed wasn't a contact list, it was relationships.
off the clock, same person: street carnival for the joy of it, brazilian popular music because everyone sings along, sports only if there's a team. in the end it's always the same thing: a love for people. strategy, curation and community came as a consequence.
where nat has worked
most brands wait for the right moment. who said there was time to wait? we'd rather build the bridge.
why dóiner exists
a decade across large-scale event curation, agency backstage and community management always showed the same thing: where there's a real relationship, everything works better. the negotiation, the delivery, client retention, the team's drive.
and it's not a hunch. it's data. relationships built on trust aren't the soft side of strategy — they're what holds up the results.
68%
of people buy first, stay loyal and advocate for brands they trust — compared to only 47% of those who only trust the product.
